this appears to have solved my video card's overheating problem somewhat.

i got a Coolermaster CM 690, and along with it a Seasonic M12 600W which was $99 because I bought a case.

this is from http://ncix.com which is local!!! for me.

and wow this case is so quiet.

(I CAN PLAY GAMES WITH 4x FSAA AND WITHOUT OVERHEATING)
